The device is used
for automated dosing of bulk food and no-food stuff, including non-free flowing
ones, such as: chips, pasta, ravioli, flour, talk, mixes of dispersed herbs,
etc.

Description

There are several
versions of batch weigher, enabling fulfillment of a wide range of tasks. Each
of them provides a customer with extensive opportunities at operation with a
wide range of products in a wide range of doses.

Electronic module of
the weigher has 12 adjustable characteristics, which enable most effective
adjustment of operation modes, providing high rate of dosing accuracy and
speed. The electronic module is also equipped with memory for up to 14 various
settings. This enables quick transfer to packing of various products with
various dose parameters.

The chips modification is a result of many years' experience with non-free
flowing products such as chips, fried potatoes (straw), ravioli, crackers, large leaf tea, etc. The most effective
processing of such products is provided with a set of specialized software with
advanced features and storage bunker of special three-dimensional configuration, which enables the
best mode of product weighing. This system also provides no-stop storage bunker
discharge, which is essential for operation of coarse products.

Light dose modification is designed for extra accurate light dosing of
products. It enables weighing of 1-20g doses with max accuracy of ±0.1 g and up to 100 g doses with accuracy of ±0.4 g.

Each of the
abovementioned modifications can be used both as a part of packing device, and
as a part of conveyor packing line for filling of measured doses to ready rigid
containers. They can also form multihead systems of several weighers of various
modifications for preparation of multicomponent mixes with simultaneous filling
to the intended containers.

derived into a device for semiautomatic packing of measured doses to ready
containers.
